Modern Pastry – 2 Days course

Monday 31 October 2022– Tuesday 1 November 2022 (9 AM to 4 PM)
Friday 9th December – Saturday 10th December 2022 (9 AM to 4 PM)

Introduction to course
In DCT’s Modern Pastry course you will learn how to master macarons and perfect choux pastry. On day 1 you will be creating smooth, melt-in-your-mouth macarons, with perfectly shaped round domes and delightful fillings. On day 2 you will learn how to make the perfect choux pastry including the preparation of various fillings and professional piping techniques to decorate your final product.
